Get to Know Me!
If you've found your way here, you must be looking to learn more about me! I've known that I wanted to pursue art professionally from a very young age, and put my passion for cartoons and video games and my natural artistic talent to good use. Growing up I've always been a die-hard fan of many different types and genres of cartoons and games and this passion has carried through all the way to my adult life.
This passion led me to pursuing animation in college at Edinboro University of PA. Upon picking up some design courses in school, I also discovered a passion for graphic design, and design has been at the forefront of my professional career since becoming an honors graduate with a BFA in applied media arts for animation and minor in graphic design.
I love to incorporate the colorful and playful nature of the cartoons and games that I love into my work when I can, as I believe that art should have the ability to be fun, and have a sense of humor when appropriate, and that art should reflect the artist's personality in some manner.
Currently, as well as freelancing for several clients, I am the senior graphic designer at Diamond Comic Distributors, where I am responsible for laying out the monthly PREVIEWS catalog, specialty catalogs, designing web media, and processing new to order merchandise artwork among other responsibilities.
